These conditions govern the sales of subscriptions, issues or articles from the défense nationale review.

ARTICLE 1 - PRICE

1.1 - The prices of our items are shown in euros inclusive of tax, handling costs, and shipping costs.

1.2 – The défense nationale review retains the right to amend its prices at any time but all items will be invoiced on the basis of the rates that were effective when orders were entered up.

ARTICLE 3 - CONFIRMATION

By clicking the 'confirm' buttom you accept this order and the conditions of sale without reservation.

ARTICLE 4 - AVAILABILITY

Our offers are valid subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after you have ordered it, you will be informed by E-mail or by post as quickly as possible.

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY

Items are delivered at the delivery address given during the order process.
A subscription starts with the next issue following receipt of your payment.

ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT/INVOICE

Payments can only be made with a crossed cheque payable to «Revue défense nationale», BP 64 - 00445 Armées or by postal transfer to CCP Paris 516 57 E.
No item can be sent cash on delivery, for whatever reason.
Invoicing at the date of issue, no discount.
Agencies and public bodies: payment within 42 days.
Private individuals and companies: payment within 30 days.
Advertisers within the EU: the EU Intra-Community VAT number is required.

ARTICLE 8 - LAW TO BE APPLIED - DISPUTES

This agreement is subject to French law.
In case of dispute, only French courts will be competent to act.

ARTICLE 9 - PRIVACY OF INFORMATION

Personal details required to process your order will be kept by us. In accordance to the French law of 6, January 1978, they can be accessed, cancelled or amended by contacting Défense nationale by post or by E-mail.
